Crime comedy The Gallerist, starring Natalie Portman and Jenna Ortega, is set to hit theaters on December 4. Cathy Yan, who previously directed Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn), takes the director’s chair on this one. The release date was reported by IndieWire.
The film already had its world premiere at Sundance. Portman plays a gallery owner working to put herself back together after a brutal divorce, with Ortega cast as her assistant.
Rounding out the cast are Charli XCX, Sterling K. Brown, Zach Galifianakis, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Daniel Brühl, and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
